    Was served by both Jacob and Ella at different times and they were very pleasant experiences! Both times I was given cheaper flights than I found online and were very helpful and friendly. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and I had a couple of great trips. They also remember me when I go in and take the time to have a chat.

    Have told me to the face when first dealing with them that phone calls aren't that important to them. They would rather talk to someone in their store.
