  Rented for a year, problems always solved quickly (water damage during a storm, replacing a light fitting on the stairs, etc), no issues during inspections, and the landlord even left us a load of lightbulbs/cleaning products in a kitchen cupboard.

  DB Philpott did absolutely phenomenal job with my rental situation. With no house to live in and one week left on our old lease, Ben Philpott helped us into a new house quick smart and we couldn’t be happier with our situation. Very professional service, he helped us fully understand the terms of our lease and has told us if we ever have any questions, he will be there to answer them straight away.

  I rented with this business for a bit over 1.5yrs. I only really dealt with Samantha (Sam) and found her to be amazing! She is very personable, friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever an issue and maintenance was actioned super quick. Any request was actioned, she had really quick response time, mostly instant! It was really nice if I had to call her to get greeted with a 'Hello Kristy, how are you?'. I cant say enough nice things about Sam, defiantly a great property manager all round! Thanks heaps Sam!
