    My wife went there to apply for my daughter's passport by making an appointment and when everything was correct the staff member point out the mistake of the form, then after making new appointment with the correct form another staff member point out another mistake and before correcting that mistake I asked that staff member that is everything is correct after that so I rushed to correct the mistake and when I went back she said that my citizen certificate is not acceptable because of the date and she didn't check everything before so off course I will be little angry and she responded by tearing the copy of my daughter's birth certificate saying that because you are angry you don't need it. which I could but she didn't asked me and tore it without even asking me. Now I have to make another appointment to apply for my daughter's passport....How shame they hire people who don't know what they are doing. She just didn't want my application...So rude behaviour.....Worst customer service ever in Australia

    Impatient, unhelpful service bordering on rudeness and arrogance. I was appalled to see how an elderly woman with an obvious intellectual impairment was treated by a staff member. Not a post office I would visit unless absolutely necessary, like picking up a parcel.

    That was a nightmare , I will never never go this post again , The staffs are so rude , no patient at all, I just asked her several common questions , she gave me a poker face , doesn’t want to answer me and shout at me , I am only 16-year-old , I was about to cry , next time I will go to other post , even though this one is only 500 m far from my house , i’d rather to go to other post and drive there thank go to here again here is my hell
