    The manager of the store is a valuable asset to petbarn, he stepped in and resolved my dissatisfaction of a certain product (dog chain) when his staff was unable. He was very understanding and emphatic, provided me a quick replacement and a good experience, which everyone wants when shopping for their pets. Thank you so much, will definitely recommend petbarn (prospect) to all family and friends

    Had one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable sales assistants I've had in a long time. Clearly loves her pets and knows a lot about a variety of animals. Took the time to discuss our dog's fussy eating habits with us at great length. Having worked in retail, I know that people like her are rare.
