  I have been taking my dogs to DogFX for over 4 years and have always found the staff very friendly and informative. Always have the dogs interest first. I always get comments on how beautiful they look after they have been groomed. They enjoy their time in doggy daycare as there is staff there to cater to their every whim. Whether it be a tug of war with one of the many toys or just a cuddle on the lounge. I would recommend and do recommend to anyone who is looking for somewhere to have their dog groomed or just for their dog to spend time with other dogs to visit DogFx website or call. You won't be disappointed

  I had a service booked in for over a month. Took my dog to FX about 8.30am and requested to pick up my dog at 11am as he had a vet appointment at 11.15am. I was told by the owner that 12 noon was as early as dogs could be picked up. It was the first time after years of using FX that I had to pick up the dog early so I thought that some effort could have been made by FX. It seemed very strange to me that all dogs seemed to be ready at noon. The good thing is that the client is phoned with a reminder of a booking for the next day. However they seem to forget to tell the client of any price increase until you pick up your pet. I had heard poor reports by other people but disregarded them. I will NOT be using them again.
