  There is so much knowledge in this gym about training! From the staff to its members, everyone can help you and they will if you ask. Powerhouse is very welcoming with a friendly atmosphere when you first enter. The overall vibe of the gym is great, the music makes you want to train hard and do the best you can do. I love training at Powerhouse! If anyone visits Adelaide I always recommend a trip to The House.

  Nice old school gym but the music is always cranked up to deafening levels so much so that you can't even listen to your own music through headphones. The staff don't seem to understand that not everybody listens to gangster /ghetto rap music. When you go to a gym it's as much about atmosphere and music as it is about the without itself. The owners are really good people but the gym needs a overhaul
